The Neurodiversity Navigators program at Bellevue College have an excellent part-time job opportunity for Juniors, Seniors, and recent graduates. The part-time role would be as a mentor for neurodivergent college students for the 2025-2026 academic year.
They have fourteen positions available: beginning on July 1, 2025, or September 2, depending on applicant availability. All positions are for 12 months, 12-15 hours per week, starting at $20 per hour, with paid training and sick leave. You can read more about the position on our website.
This position:
- focuses on building personal strengths, and cultivating initiative,
- is flexible around and sensitive to their academic schedules,
- will build skills in interpersonal communication, Positive Psychology and Collaborative Problem-Solving,
- and provides additional training in disability cultural responsiveness, objective reporting, and administrative office skills in a dynamic team environment.
