The 2025 O4U Engineering Conference will be held in Minneapolis, MN on September 19-21, 2025.
The 2025 O4U Life Sciences Conference Minneapolis, MN on September 19-21, 2025.
The 2025 O4U Digital Conference will be held in New York City on October 24-26, 2025.
The 2025 O4U Business Conference was held in New York City on March 7-9, 2025, applications for the next conference cycle will be available in the coming months.
Please note that admission to O4U’s conferences is merit and life-experience based and focused on economic and social mobility of our graduates. O4U’s conferences serve students who are currently enrolled undergraduate students, and who have less than 1 year of full-time work experience. If you are not a current undergraduate student, please visit our website to learn about non-conference O4U opportunities
Although you may be accepted to multiple conferences, you may only attend one (Business, Digital, Engineering, or Life Sciences), students may only attend one per calendar year and no more than three conferences throughout their undergraduate career.
Prior to completing the overall application, we recommend that you take some time to respond to the essay questions separately in a word processing application (e.g., Google Docs), and then fill out the application to not lose your work. The application must be done in one sitting. You cannot save your responses and return to the application at a later point. The entire application should take ~30min to complete (not including essay questions).

“Rounds” are presented to students as an option to accommodate for school commitment and other circumstances. Please think which deadline works best for you as the round in which you apply will only change when your application is submitted and when you’ll hear from us about a decision.
