- Support marketing operations and program management across projects and work streams within social media, creative, merch, editorial, PR, performance marketing, and special events
- Work with marketing, cross-functional team members, and external partners to help deliver projects on time
- Assist in organizing and maintaining project and task documentation, asset management, trafficking, and reporting
- Gain valuable insights into marketing processes and best practices and support the execution of these processes to ensure our marketing team consistently produces high-quality, impactful work
- Support project meetings, agendas, recaps, status updates, project reporting, and retrospectives

- A strong interest in marketing, project management, and process
- An understanding of marketing assets and creative deliverables
- Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail, with a passion for operational excellence
- Third-year undergraduate student currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree graduating in Spring 2026 (or December 2025)

- Experience as a project or program coordinator, with experience in cross-functional environments
- Experience using project management tools like Asana and JIRA
