WesternU COMP-Northwest: Upcoming Virtual events for Pre-Med Students

The College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific-Northwest (COMP-Northwest)  has two upcoming virtual events open for registration, which are designed to assist prospective medical students in preparing for their application for a Fall 2025 or beyond start. The application for the Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) program closes on March 1, 2025.  This is a great opportunity for those wanting to learn more about DO programs!

Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) | History of Osteopathic Medicine with OMM Presentation
Monday, February 10, 2025 | 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Pacific Time

Join Professor Edward Goering, DO, and current medical students for a virtual presentation on the history and philosophy of osteopathic medicine, followed by a demonstration of OMM (osteopathic manipulative medicine). You’ll also have an opportunity to ask your questions during an open Q&A session.
