Dustin’s Advice – Reach Out to Alumni via Faculty!
I landed my position through a complete misunderstanding! I reached out to Lippincott via a faculty member just for a simple portfolio review — trying to understand how I can make my design portfolio better. Before I knew it I was onto phone screens and second round interviews and then I had a job! The professor who connected us was saying through the whole process that they would gladly introduce me to any other alumni at places I was interested in — and I’m sure any faculty would do so for you as well!
