Tashmee’s Advice – Apply to All the Opportunities You Come Across!

During your first two years as an undergraduate at UW, take a wide variety of classes to help you explore majors you may have never considered and build interdisciplinary interests. Even when you are already admitted to a major, apply to internships and research opportunities both in and out of your field of study. Lastly, do not be afraid of cold-emailing any graduate students or faculty with whom you would like to connect!
