This winter quarter, MSE is offering a 1-credit weekly seminar with program alumni and industry leaders presenting their workforce experience and insights with students. We anticipate having speakers from The Boeing Company, Blue Origin, Meta, and Micron. In the past we have also had speakers from companies such as Aerojet Rocketdyne, Lockheed Martin, CalRamic Technologies, and Eaton Corporation.
The class will include varied topics related to leadership in the Materials Science and Engineering profession, such as career planning, management skills, interpersonal skills, entrepreneurship, ethics, and strategic decisions.
You do not need to be admitted to the major to register for this class.
