These Are The Skills Employers Want

Employers are most interested in problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and the ability to work on a team.  Close behind are written communication skills, initiative, and strong work ethic.

Students should be intentional in 1) developing these attributes through courses, internships, and other experiences AND 2) learning how to articulate these attributes through resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn, interviews, and more.

You can learn more about how to develop skills by visiting our Level Up: Build Skills Employers Want page and by taking advantage of your free LinkedIn Learning account.
