Check Out Our New Sample Resumes!

A resume is a marketing document designed to demonstrate how your experience and skills meet the needs of a particular opportunity.

The goal of the resume is to get an interview, not provide an autobiography.

It needs to quickly summarize your relevant experience and education.

The information you include on your resume depends on what you are applying for, and where.

The Career & Internship Center has compiled more than a dozen great examples of resumes and CVs geared towards different interests and industries, including Non-Profit, Social Justice, and Education .

Be sure to check out more than one! Many industries and sectors share common skills sets. For example, employers in Non-Profit, Social Justice, and Education may be looking for skills similar to those needed in Consulting and Business.
