Synapse Club welcome meeting 4/1

Synapse Club at the UW is a student-led traumatic brain injury support group. They host support groups and community social events for individuals with traumatic brain injuries (TBI) in the Seattle area, in addition to educational workshops with their professional partners.

Their student members are an integral part of the organization, and can get involved in our events as well as their Buddy Program, which pairs a TBI member with an undergraduate student. The club offers students interested in careers in healthcare, social work, or neuroscience an opportunity to work closely with this under-served community and invaluable experience interacting with this vulnerable population outside of a clinical setting.

You are invited to join them for their Welcome Student Meeting to kick off the quarter on Thursday, April 1st @ 7pm PST via Zoom for those interested in learning more about the club. Join them for an info session about our Spring Events, presentation about traumatic brain injury, welcome new students into the club, and to get to know their officers.
