Impact Public Schools is hiring Lead Teachers and Teaching Fellows!

Impact Public Schools is hiring Lead Teachers and Teaching Fellows for the 2021-22 school year. Teaching at Impact is an incredible opportunity. Our schools are small, tight knit families and we are deeply committed to closing the opportunity gap.

Impact has openings for both experienced educators and those who are brand new to the profession.

Teaching Fellows do not yet hold a teacher certification and may or may not have experience working in schools. Teaching Fellows teach alongside an experienced lead teacher, receive personalized coaching, and attend weekly professional development. This is a great entry point to the teaching profession!

Lead Teachers have classroom experience and a history of improving student outcomes. Our Lead Teachers run Social Emotional Learning groups, Project Based Learning lessons, personalized literacy instruction, and cognitively guided math instruction. Our lead teachers are deeply committed to equity, rigor, and joy in the classroom.

Please visit Impact’s careers page to see open teaching positions.
