Remember, top performers ask questions to help determine which firm is right for them. Why? Because as a top performer, you have options.
So don’t go into these sessions with an air of desperation – network to gather information. Be careful though – it’s a lot more difficult to leave a lasting good impression than it is a lasting bad one!
