How to interview with confidence without coming off as arrogant

When preparing to interview for an internship or a career position, students and new alum are often concerned with how to evidence skills, talents and experience in a manner that will sound confident, but not boastful.  Fact of the matter is, the employer is trying to ascertain your abilities and fit for the position, and you need to help them by selling yourself. You want to tout your accomplishments in a concise and matter-of-fact style. You can do this without sounding arrogant. Being self-assured is not boasting it’s just the facts, and your story that needs to be told.
