Want to get more involved on campus?

Whether you are a business major or not, there are 26+ student organizations to consider joining. For those studying a major in the field, this is a great way to build your extracurricular involvement and leadership. For those studying a major outside of business, this is a great way to learn more about an industry, meet like-minded people and put business-related involvement on your resume.

Choose from UW-specific clubs like Startup UW, Husky Sales Club, and Ad Club UW, or look for a student-chapter of a large national professional association like American Marketing Association (AMA), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Undergraduate Management Consulting Association (UMCA). There are also industry-specific groups like Montlake Consulting Group (MCG) where you get to participate in a student-run consultancy group or the Business Impact Group where you work on development projects with small businesses in economically distressed/emerging communities.

For a full list, see Foster’s page or the UW Registered Student Organization directory.
