Foster School application tips

Choosing a major is not the only hurdle you have to jump–sometimes it is necessary to apply for acceptance to that major. If you are interested in applying to a Foster School of Business major, plan on attending an application workshop offered by the Foster School. The Foster academic advisers will walk you through the process and provide plenty of advice to help you with your application.

Stay aware of deadlines! The application is entirely online, but no late applications are accepted. Fully review the admission requirements, including the total number of college credits (60), GPA requirements (2.5 cumulative), a writing skills assessment score, completion of pre-application courses and completion or in-progress of pre-admission courses. Admission to the undergraduate program of the Foster School of Business is competitive, but all who meet the minimum application requirements are encouraged to apply. Foster accepts applications for autumn and winter quarters. Students admitted for autumn quarter have the option to enroll for summer quarter.
